Return Policy

We hope you love your items but we also understand that not all items are always going to work and sometimes returns are needed. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the condition that they were received. They must also be smoke, perfume, deodorant, and pet/human hair free or will be subject to denial.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Hazel+Bleu will gladly accept returns within 7 days of fulfillment for Store credit only. We do not offer exchanges.
  • All returns must be returned in original condition, with tags, buttoned up and folded appropriately. If this isn’t followed there will be a restocking fee of $9 that will be deducted from your return total. No Exceptions.
  • Please note the customer is in charge of shipping the returns back. Hazel+Bleu does not provide return labels.
  • All items sold 25% off or more are final sale.
  • The following items are final sale: accessories (hats, clawclips, jewelry, etc), body suits, pre-orders, leggings.
  • Shoe boxes must be returned in another box to protect the box in shipping. If the shoe box is damaged or returned with a label on the actual shoe box, we will not accept the return.
  • Orders can’t be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

DAMAGE ITEMS AND LOST ORDERS:

  • Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at hazelandbleuboutique@gmail.com with a photo of the defective or damaged item. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for store credit or a replacement.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
  • Hazel+Bleu Boutique is not responsible for delays with US Postal Service or USP shipping. Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please google USPS Claims Support or USP Claims Support.

How long does it take to process the return?

  • Please allow up to 5-10 business days once we receive your return, to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation with an online gift card once your return is complete.
  • You have 60 days from the issue date of your store credit to use it. If it is not used within that time frame, it will expire!

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that they enter the delivery address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, contact our customer care via email hazelandbleuboutique@gmail.com. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to re-send out the package.
